✅ Items are not classified as final sale, non-returnable, or custom-made.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).

🚫 Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Process

1. Submit a Return Request – Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the Item Back – You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once the item is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
